MADO 2022: Times and how to see the last LGBTIQ+ Pride concert

It was an intense week of concerts, demonstrations, heel races… But Pride 2022 is coming to an end East Sunday July 10 through the front door: with a large Closing concert in the Plaza de España in Madrid. And to crown this week of diversity and love the RTVE celebrates LGBTI+ pride with the retransmission of this massive musical event to which Eurovision artists will be present like Jamala, Dana International, Conchita Wurst, WRS, Brooke or Barei, among many others. Where and when to follow the closing concert of Pride 2022 live?

The LGBTI+ Pride 2022, under the slogan “Facing Hate: Visibility, Pride and Resilience”, ends. And with it the parties, but not the claims. For it, Madrid prepared a grand closing concert in which many artists will participate. You can follow him live from the couch at home at 8 p.m. on La 2 and on RTVE Play.

The event will be very special and will offer up to three hours of non-stop music hand in hand with two great animators: Paco Tomás and Julia Varela, journalist at RNE and commentator at Eurovision. The Final concert MADO 2022 will be assisted by Eurovision Divas Dana International (first trans woman to win Eurovision), conchita wurst (winner 2014) and jamala (2016 winner with an important message of support for the Ukrainian people). All will appear descending from RTVE’s #LaCarrozaQueQuires to give a good Spectacle in the heart of the capital.

Other participants in the European Music Competition will also be present, such as WRS, who will sing his famous “Hello my baby”or Brooke, representing Ireland in 2022. Barei, representing Spain at Eurovision 2016, will also be present.and many more Latin artists who are part of the LGBT collective: trans artist Daniela Vega, singer queer Filipe Catto or the trans pianist Cissy.

Without forgetting the performances of Soleá Morente, who will interpret his most “proud” version of the classic “Volver”, and of the bailaor Manuel Liñán, who will present a piece of his queer flamenco work “Vida”. Chanel’s companions in the musical ‘Malinche’ have also signed up to celebrate their pride and many other artists will do the same: María Aguado, agony, Ricky MerinoLevi Diaz (Junior Eurovision 2021), Moon Ki and Daniel Tejera complete the evening program.
